About our central foam systems
Central Foam Skids are installed to supply pressurized foam to various foam consumers on an Oil and Gas installation, such as deluge skids, foam monitors, hosereels, hydrants etc.
Central foam skids will normally consist of a foam storage tank, foam pumps, and a piping and valve arrangement. The Central Foam skid, will supply into a foam distribution piping system, or a foam ring main. All foam consumers are connected to this distribution system.
The foam tank is normally made in stainless steel AISI 316 L. The foam pumps will be made to Clients specifications either as centrifugal pumps or positive displacement pumps.
